Photographs were taken during a weekend trip to West Virginia on May 13-14, 2000. Richard and Virginka (canoe no.1), Frantisek and Rebecca (canoe no.2), and Miro and Katka (canoe no.3) canoed down the South Branch of the Potomac River - a little river which boldly flows through a wild canyon called the Smoke Hole.     Presedame, z auta rovnou do lode. Katko, kuk vyleti ptacek. A hura dolu po rece. Pribrzdi, skala! Co takhle sjet to bokem? To jsme ale machri co?! Uf, dobre, ze to mame za sebou. Len sa trela a to jen rovne. Z kopce to jde rychle. Hele duha... Upeceme si vurtika. Rizecek mi spadl do ohne, to je sranda. Damske posadce to slusi. Same skaly koldokola, ty by se lezly... Pust padlo a obdivuj krajinu. Zakruta vpravo, a zakruta vlavo. Nuda, zase rovne. Posadky byly uneseny mimozemstany.
