High Turnout for the Department of Geography Fall Career Fair
|
This fall’s Geography Career Fair, organized by undergraduate advisor Ronald Luna with the help of Jennifer Pomeroy, was hailed as a success due to good student turnout and representation from numerous area agencies, consulting firms, and local, county and federal governments, as well as GIS specialists. Of the companies’ and agencies’ recruiters that were present, eleven were UMD Geography alumni.
