Q: I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?


A (I): If the screen says "username not authorized," then you may not have a functioning Glue account yet. Type "register" for username and "register" for password to go through the registration process (see a Lab Assistant if you need help).

If you know you have a Glue account but you've never taken a Geography class before, you'll need your netgroup changed to include the Geography computers. Ask a Lab Assistant or your TA to send a geog-help with your username, asking for a netgroup change.

A (II): If the screen says "login incorrect," the password has been entered incorrectly. Try again. If it's still not working, you may be using the wrong password. If you've forgotten the password for your Glue account, please read the Forgotten Passwords FAQ.
