Research Interests

  • Sustainability science and human-environment interaction
  • Land-cover and land-use dynamics in semi-arid grasslands
  • Impacts of climate variability, grazing, and fire management on semi-arid grass/shrub ecosystems
Kelley O'Neal works for the NASA Land-cover Land-use Change Program providing programmatic support, assisting with science team meeting organization, updating program databases, and maintaining the program website. Kelley is also involved with the Mid-Decadal Global Land Survey (MDGLS) Project.
